We are committed to get you up and running with a quality repair in the shortest amount of time possible. Keeping the customer updated along the way as the repair progresses is important to us, leaving no unexpected surprises at conclusion.

Become a System Expert...
Training is key. Once you gain the knowledge and experience to properly navigate the system, write your own robust recipes, and fine tune your results, you will be a proud Systems Expert.
We offer training that goes even beyond that... Our training can also be tailored to include pattern recognition, and basic measurement theory.

Parts & Calibration...
It's not enough to just have a working metrology system. It must be properly calibrated and finely tuned to the type of product that it will be measuring. With industry standard calibration tools, including certified wedge and tool normalization wafers, we make sure that your system is measuring at its optimum ability. Our experience and our attention to details is the difference that sets us apart from our competitors.
We maintain a large inventory of system parts and accessories which are consistently being maintained and replenished as necessary. For those parts that are not in our inventory, we keep close relationships with other parts vendors and engineers to acquire replacements and/or adequate refurbishments and repairs.
